At Seeks, each piece is handcrafted to order and delivered with care. Below is an overview of our shipping and delivery options.

Local Pickup

Free pickup is available from our studio in Port Townsend, WA, by appointment.

We offer personal delivery throughout the region:

· Free delivery within 50 miles of Port Townsend

· Free delivery within 125 miles for orders over $5,000

· Beyond 125 miles, hand delivery is available starting at $250 and is quoted based on distance and order size

We offer shipping throughout the contiguous United States. Each piece is carefully packed or crated and shipped via freight or common carrier.

· Shipping and crating costs are calculated based on destination and order size

· These costs will be confirmed and invoiced separately before final payment is due

· Your cart total does not include shipping or crating fees

· We do not currently ship internationally

All furniture is made to order.

· Standard lead time: 8–12 weeks

· Actual timelines may vary based on current volume and project complexity

· Once your order is placed, we’ll follow up with a projected start window and provide updates throughout the process

We understand the importance of clear planning in design projects. For trade clients:

· We aim to provide predictable production timelines based on project needs

· When possible, we’ll assign a specific production window and delivery estimate at the time of order confirmation
