Our products are built to order in our Pacific Northwest studio. Natural variations in wood grain, tone, and hand-shaped details are expected — and are part of what makes each piece unique.

Lead Time & Process
After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with a projected production window. We'll keep you informed throughout the build process and notify you when your piece is ready for delivery or pickup.

Custom Requests
Interested in a different wood species, dimensions, or upholstery material? We welcome inquiries for custom variations. Please contact us prior to placing your order.

Returns & Cancellations
Because each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or cancellations once production begins. If you have any questions about materials, finish, or suitability for your space, we encourage you to reach out before ordering.
